Before establishing MANAGED4, Craig excelled as the Chief Strategy Officer at Liaison, where he spearheaded new business initiatives, managed mergers and acquisitions, and directed the go-to-market strategy for Liaison’s comprehensive suite of software and tech-enabled services.
With over two decades of professional sales and marketing experience, Craig has spent half of his career focused on leveraging technology and direct marketing solutions to help colleges and universities achieve their enrollment goals.
Craig's extensive career includes other notable roles such as Chief Client Development Officer at Royall & Company, which was acquired by The Advisory Board Company (ABCO) in 2014, now known as EAB. He also founded and served as General Manager and Vice President at Talisma Higher Education, a division of Talisma Corporation, which was acquired by Campus Management Corporation in 2008, known today as Anthology.
Craig holds a B.A. in Advertising from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication at Washington State University and completed a Professional Certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia University in the City of New York.
